DUVELLEROY Orange Ombré Ostrich Feather Fan

Origin: France

Date: ca. 1925

This rare and very beautiful flapper fan is made of moulded and painted bone sticks and very large orange Ostrich feathers. The sticks are carved and painted with pink and blue flowers. The feathers are a bright orange colour that gradually fades from a lighter shade into a darker shade of orange (ombré style).

Length: 26" (66 cm) Width: 28.5" (72 cm)

The fan comes in its original, large Duvelleroy (New Bond Street, London) labelled cardboard box.

Condition: Fan=Excellent. Box=very good, but with one split corner (see photos).
