Beautiful, large brisé fan made of highly polished tortoiseshell sticks connected via a brown silk ribbon. The upper edge of the fan shows Art Nouveau scrolls. A reddish brown silk tassel and carrying ring are attached to the loop.

This rare and beautiful brisé fan is made of highly polished tortoiseshell sticks that are connected via a brown coloured pure silk ribbon (properly replaced). The upper edge of the fan is pierced with an attractive Art Nouveau scroll design. The loop of the fan has a reddish brown silk tassel and carrying ring attached.
